4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining account security
Protecting login credentials
Ensuring information provided is accurate
Managing authorized users within their organization

Users shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

5. BRANCH EXPANSION SYSTEM

The Platform allows businesses to add multiple branches, outlets, locations, franchises, or business units under a single account.

Additional branch charges may apply.

The Company reserves the right to revise branch pricing, limitations, and features at any time.

Business owners are responsible for ensuring branch information remains accurate and updated.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The Platform may generate:

Review Suggestions
Auto Replies
SEO Content
Google Business Profile Content
Marketing Captions
Promotional Materials

All AI-generated content is provided as assistance only.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing such content.

The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate with:

Google Business Profile
Google Maps
Payment Providers
Third-Party APIs
Analytics Services

Users acknowledge that these services are operated by independent third parties.

The Company is not responsible for:

API changes
Service interruptions
Account suspensions
Policy violations
Third-party system failures

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree NOT to:

Upload unlawful content
Submit fraudulent reviews
Engage in spam activities
Misrepresent customer feedback
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer the software
Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

9. FEES & PAYMENTS

All payments made to 1 Tap World Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Users agree to pay all applicable:

Subscription Fees
Setup Charges
Branch Expansion Charges
Add-On Service Fees
Applicable Taxes

Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension.

10. NO REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Setup Fees are non-refundable.
Subscription Fees are non-refundable.
Branch Expansion Fees are non-refundable.
Custom Development Charges are non-refundable.
Digital Services once delivered are non-refundable.

No refunds shall be provided for partial usage, non-usage, or dissatisfaction after service activation.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in:

Software
Source Code
Dashboard Design
AI Systems
Branding
Graphics
Documentation
Platform Architecture

remain the exclusive property of 1 Tap World Pvt. Ltd.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

No ownership rights are transferred.

12. DATA OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of:

Customer Feedback
Business Information
Reviews
Uploaded Content

The Company retains ownership of:

Platform Technology
Software Infrastructure
AI Systems
Internal Analytics Models

13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee:

Continuous Availability
Error-Free Operation
Uninterrupted Access
Compatibility With All Devices

Scheduled maintenance, updates, and technical interruptions may occur.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Tap World Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

Loss of Revenue
Loss of Business
Loss of Customers
Loss of Data
Reputation Damage
Indirect or Consequential Damages

arising from the use of the Platform.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Platform is designed to assist businesses in collecting reviews and managing online reputation.

We do NOT guarantee:

Google Rankings
Review Quantity
Review Approval
Customer Growth
Revenue Growth
Lead Generation Results

Business outcomes depend on various external factors beyond our control.

16. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Misuse the Platform
Engage in fraudulent activity
Cause harm to the Platform or other users

Termination may occur without prior notice.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Tap World Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

User actions
User content
Policy violations
Misuse of services

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
